Vetch

We grow hairy vetch for seed. Vetch is a legume and is similar to peas. The seed we sell gets used in cover crop blends. Vetch makes a good cover crop because it germinates quickly and can choke out weeds, it also makes it's nitrogen which the next crop grown can use so less fertilizer needs to be applied.
